May Bourne Strassburger (7 Apr 1881, New York, NY - Jan 1975, Gwynedd Valley, Montgomery Co, PA), was born May Miller Bourne, the daughter of Frederick Gilbert Bourne (1851-1919), who was President of the Singer Manufacturing Company from 1889-1905, and turned it into the first major multinational.
